 金艾顺,女,教授,博士生导师,免疫学教研室主任。1999年赴日本留学,先后在日本东京大学、京都大学、东京医科齿科大学学习和工作并获得医学博士学位。具有国外博士后研究员及生物制药企业研究和开发及医学转化研究工作经历。近年主要致力于人源单克隆抗体制备技术研发,抗体药物研发及肿瘤免疫治疗研究。相关研究成果,以第一作者或通讯作者发表在Nature Medicine、Nature Protocol、Journal of European Immunology、Oncogene等世界著名学术期刊上,发表论文20余篇。在肿瘤学和免疫学方面积累了丰富的理论基础和科研研究经验。以第一发明者申请技术专利一项《CELL SCREENING METHOD》,专利号JP-4148367。

目前主要研究方向:(1)抗体药物研究;(2)T细胞免疫治疗研究(TCR基因治疗和抗原嵌合受体免疫细胞治疗);(3)疾病相关新抗原筛选。申请课题包括国家自然科学基金面上项目两项及省部课题多项等,获得项目资助课题经费超百万。课题组开展基础研究同时连携企业开展医学转化应用研究。

陈全,男,1969年11月出生,籍贯:重庆大足,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,免疫学教研室副主任,中共基础医学院党委委员,重庆市微生物学会理事,《国际检验医学杂志》编委,《重庆医科大学学报》编委,《医学教育探索》编委,重庆市第二批高等学校优秀中青年骨干教师资助计划资助对象。1994年毕业于重庆医科大学临床医学系,获医学学士学位,1998年攻读重庆医科大学微生物学专业硕士学位,2003年获内科学传染病专业博士学位,主要从事免疫学与微生物学的教学与科研工作。以“感染免疫与肿瘤免疫”为科研方向,共发表论文10余篇。作为免疫学教研室首届主任,主持了教研室的筹建和科研平台整合工作;以高度的责任感和敬业精神、以开拓创新的方式负责教研室的日常管理;制定了教研室教学、科研、学科建设等方面的近期及中期发展目标;制定了较规范的教学管理制度,确保高质量地完成教学任务及教学评估;求真务实,循序渐进地加强学科建设;注重人才培养和人才梯队建设,多途径地提高教师综合素质;积极组织开展网络教学、校级优质课程建设和精品课程的申报工作;认真负责地参与了“基础医学实验示范中心的申报”;高效优质地完成了重庆市科技志(免疫学部分)的撰写工作。免疫学发展迅猛,重庆医科大学免疫学工作者必须认识差距,立足现在,放眼未来,开拓进取,力争在教学、科研、学科建设及人才培养等方面更上一层楼。
