科研兴趣与研究方向:

1开发超分辨探针与成像工具研究染色质高级结构与动态过程

开发和应用活细胞内序列特异性染色质标记和成像技术,研究哺乳动物细胞中染色质位置和结构的动态变化。

2蛋白质液-液相分离在基因表达调控中的机制研究

综合使用活细胞荧光成像、超分辨成像、单分子追踪和体外重构等研究蛋白质液-液相分离机制,以及相分离在控制哺乳动物染色质结构和转录调控等方面的功能。建立基于体外和细胞内的相分离报告系统和高通量药物筛选平台,筛选特异促进或抑制特定蛋白相分离的药物。

3发育障碍疾病相关基因致病机制研究

通过胚胎干细胞模型和小鼠模型研究发育障碍疾病相关蛋白在调控染色质结构和控制基因表达中的功能。结合病人中发现的致病突变,研究特定基因突变带来的功能缺失或获得,深入理解发育障碍疾病的分子机制,并以此作为相关靶点,为临床医学中的诊断和治疗奠定理论基础。
