研究方向:

·         生物医学大数据整合与挖掘

通过对癌症组学数据和生物学功能异常的研究,探究癌症的发生发展机理。

·         生物模型的构建

运用生物信息学和计算生物学的方法建立分析计算模型,寻找肿瘤疾病分子标志物,探求肿瘤发生发展机制,为肿瘤的精准治疗提供线索。

·         精准医学图像和精准医学

通过整合病理图像与分子数据,探索不同细胞核或组织形态学特征的分子基础,为基于病理图像的靶向治疗提供重要思路。
