个人简介
特聘教授、博士生导师、生物信息学博士。2025年加入重庆医科大学张泽民院士团队。获中科院青年促进会会员人才称号,担任Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics青年编委和中科院青促会第五届北京分会委员。主持国家自然科学基金3项、省部级科研项目2项,累计经费超1300万元。在国际期刊Nucleic Acids Research等发表文章19篇,其中第一作者文章9篇, 8篇IF > 10。研究获Nature评述,获欧洲计算生物学会议“Best Paper”、“中国生物信息学十大进展”和“中国生物信息学十大数据库”等荣誉。
