细胞生物学及遗传学教研室

教研室简介(历史沿革,现状简介)

重庆医科大学生物学(现为细胞生物学及遗传学)教研室组建于1956年,人员均为从上海医学院内迁支援的老中青教师和教辅人员。教研室负责人是我国著名生物学家陈世騠教授。

细胞生物学及遗传学教研室涵盖基础医学院生物学一级学科下两门二级学科:细胞生物学和遗传学。于2000年取得遗传学硕士学位授予权,2005年取得得细胞生物学硕士学位授予权,2021年取得生物学一级学科博士学位授予权,开展以教学、科研和人才培养为重心的各项工作。

学科现有全职教师20人,其中教授9人,副教授4人,副研究员3人,讲师4人。其中上海市曙光学者,上海市浦江人才,巴渝学者讲座讲授,重庆市首席专家工作室领衔专家,国家重大科学研究计划(973)首席科学家,教育部长江学者特聘教授,国家重大科学研究计划(973)首席科学家1人,教育部“新世纪优秀人才”、重庆市“高等学校优秀人才”1人、重庆市“巴渝学者”计划青年学者1人、重庆市学术技术带头人后备人选1人。

1.课程:承担本科生课程:《细胞生物学》(适用于临床医学八年制)理论及实验、《医学细胞生物学》(适用于临床医学卓越班及其他临床医学等相关专业)理论及实验、《医学细胞生物学(英文授课)》(适用于临床医学留学生班)理论及实验、《医学生物学》理论及实验,年均为本科生授课理论标准学时约2000,实验标准学时约1600;承担研究生课程:《医学细胞生物学及遗传学现代研究》理论(适用于各专业方向硕士研究生)理论,年均为研究生授课理论标准学时36,其中高级职称理论授课学时达100%。

3.人才培养

近三年招收硕士研究生36人,毕业17人;招收博士研究生18人,毕业6人;本科生(入科室实习)约6人/年,均顺利完成毕业答辩。

4.科学研究:定位,研究方向,代表性团队及论文

本学科形成了细胞核超微结构与疾病发生、骨生物学、胚胎发育与表观遗传调控、肾脏损伤的分子机制研究和肺部炎症疾病等几个主要研究方向。

(1)细胞核超微结构与疾病发生(文波教授团队)

团队以第一或通讯作者在Nature、Nature Genetics、Molecular Cell、Genome Research等期刊发表研究型学术论文48篇,被引用>7500次。课题组围绕“染色质高级结构的功能及分子机制”这一前沿科学问题进行研究,以核基质(Nuclear Matrix)、核体(Nuclear Bodies)等细胞核超微环境为切入点,揭示了多个新的染色质高级结构调控分子及作用机制。近五年主持国家重大科学研究计划、国家基金委重点项目等国家级科研项目4项,总经费超过3400万元。
